## DESCRIPTION

TFBS::PatternGen::MEME::Motif is used to store and manipulate unprocessed  motifs and associated numerical scores created by the meme program. You do not  normally want to create a TFBS::PatternGen::MEME::Motif yourself. They are created by running TFBS::PatternGen::MEME
