## SYNOPSIS

**TAU\_PROFILE\_TIMER\_SET\_NAME(Profiler** *timer***, string** *newname***);**

## DESCRIPTION

TAU\_PROFILE\_TIMER\_SET\_NAME macro changes the name associated with a timer to the newname argument.

## EXAMPLE
