## NAME

SystemInstaller::Log - Logging and verbose mechanism for SystemInstaller

## SYNOPSIS

```
  use SystemInstaller::Log qw(:print);
```

## DESCRIPTION

Contains functions for logging & verbose output. The functions are:

- *start\_verbose*

  Turns verbose flag on

- *stop\_verbose*

  Turns verbose flag off

- *get\_verbose*

  Gets verbose value

- *start\_debug*

  Turns debug flag on

- *stop\_debug*

  Turns debug flag off

- *get\_debug*

  Gets debug value

- *logger\_file*

  Sets output file handle

- *verbose(\<STRING*)\>

  Outputs \<STRING\> if verbose is set

- *debug(\<STRING*)\>

  Outputs \<STRING\> if debug is set

## EXPORTS

None by default.  The following export tags are provided:

- *:all*

  all specifications

- *:print*

  verbose & debug

- *:control*

  start\_debug start\_verbose stop\_debug stop\_verbose logger\_file get\_debug get\_verbose
