## DESCRIPTION

Searches a string table and extra data for a given string.

## PARAMS

*hStringTable* **\[In\]**  Handle to the string table.

*lpString* **\[In\]**  String to be searched for.

*dwFlags* **\[In\]**  Flags 1: case sensitive compare.

*lpExtraData* **\[Out\]**  Pointer to the buffer that receives the extra data.

*dwReserved* **\[In/Out\]**  Unused.

## RETURNS

**Success:** String **ID**

**Failure:** **-1**

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/setupapi/stringtable.c"**.
