## DESCRIPTION

Create a string containing an abbreviated byte count of up to 2^31-**1.**

## PARAMS

*dwBytes* **\[In\]**  Byte size to format.

*lpszDest* **\[In\]**  Destination for formatted string.

*cchMax* **\[In\]**  Size of *lpszDest*.

## RETURNS

*lpszDest*.

## NOTES

The Ascii and Unicode versions of this function accept a different integer type for *dwBytes*. See **[StrFormatByteSize64A(3w)](/StrFormatByteSize64A/3w.md)**.
