PARAMS
lpszSrc [In] Source string.
lpszCmp [In] String to compare to lpszSrc.
len [In] Maximum length.
RETURNS
A number greater than, less than or equal to 0 depending on whether lpszSrc is greater than, less than or equal to lpszCmp.
IMPLEMENTATION
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
