## PARAMS

*lpszStr* **\[In\]**  String to search in.

*ch* **\[In\]**  Character to search for.

## RETURNS

**Success:** A pointer to the first occurrence of *ch* in *lpszStr*, or **NULL** if not found.

**Failure:** **NULL**, if any arguments are invalid.
