Find the length of the start of a string that does not contain certain characters, ignoring case.

## PARAMS

*lpszStr* **\[In\]**  String to search.

*lpszMatch* **\[In\]**  Characters that cannot be in the substring.

## RETURNS

The length of the part of *lpszStr* containing only characters not in *lpszMatch*, or **0** if any parameter is invalid.
