Registers the Shell **DDE** services with the system so that applications can use them.

## PARAMS

*bInit* **\[In\]**  **TRUE** to initialize the services, **FALSE** to uninitialize.

## RETURNS

Nothing.

Exported by ordinal only. Use **[GetProcAddress(3w)](/GetProcAddress/3w.md)** to obtain a pointer to the function.
