## DESCRIPTION

Set the current threads locale.

## PARAMS

*lcid* **\[In\]**  **LCID** of the locale to set.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**. The threads locale is set to *lcid*.

**Failure:** **FALSE**. Use **[GetLastError(3w)](/GetLastError/3w.md)** to determine the cause.
