## DESCRIPTION

Set the system time in utc.

## PARAMS

*systime* **\[In\]**  The desired system time.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**. The time was set.

**Failure:** **FALSE**, if the time was invalid or caller does not have permission to change the time.
