## DESCRIPTION

Create a metafile from raw data. No checking of the data is performed. Use **[GetMetaFileBitsEx(3w)](/GetMetaFileBitsEx/3w.md)** to get raw data from a metafile.

## PARAMS

*size* **\[In\]**  *size* of metafile, in bytes.

*lpData* **\[In\]**  pointer to metafile data.

## RETURNS

**Success:** Handle to metafile.

**Failure:** **NULL**.
