## DESCRIPTION

Re-initializes all hardware and control settings of a communications device, with values from a device control block without affecting the input and output queues.

## PARAMS

*handle* **\[In\]**  The communications device.

*lpdcb* **\[Out\]**  The device control block.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** on success, **FALSE** on failure, e.g., if the XonChar is equal to the XoffChar.
