## DESCRIPTION

Halts the transmission of characters to a communications device.

## PARAMS

*handle* **\[In\]**  The communications device to suspend.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** on success, and **FALSE** if the communications device could not be found, the control is not supported.

## BUGS

Only **TIOCSBRK** and **TIOCCBRK** are supported.

## IMPLEMENTATION
