## DESCRIPTION

Send an **ARP** request.

## PARAMS

*DestIP* **\[In\]**  attempt to obtain this **IP**.

*SrcIP* **\[In\]**  optional sender **IP** address.

*pMacAddr* **\[Out\]**  buffer for the mac address.

*PhyAddrLen* **\[In/Out\]**  length of the output buffer.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **NO\_ERROR**

**Failure:** error code from Winerror.h.

Stub, returns **ERROR\_NOT\_SUPPORTED**.
