## DESCRIPTION

Changes the characteristics of the last dimension of a SafeArray.

## PARAMS

*psa* **\[In\]**  Array to change.

*psabound* **\[In\]**  New bound details for the last dimension.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**. *psa* is updated to reflect the new bounds.

**Failure:** An **HRESULT** error code indicating the error.
