## DESCRIPTION

Get the lower bound for a given SafeArray dimension.

## PARAMS

*psa* **\[In\]**  Array to get dimension lower bound from.

*nDim* **\[In\]**  The dimension number to get the lower bound of.

*plLbound* **\[Out\]**  Destination for the lower bound.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**. plUbound contains the dimensions lower bound.

**Failure:** An **HRESULT** error code indicating the error.
