# SSCall(3w)

## NAME

**SSCall** (KERNEL32.88)

## SYNOPSIS

DWORD SSCall\
  (\
   DWORD *nr*,\
   DWORD *flags*,\
   FARPROC *fun*,

## PARAMS

*nr* **\[In\]** number of argument bytes.

*flags* **\[In\]** FIXME: *flags* ?.

*fun* **\[In\]** function to call.

**\[In/Out\]** arguments.

## DESCRIPTION

One of the real thunking functions. This one seems to be for 32\<-\>32 thunks. It should probably be capable of crossing processboundaries.

And **YES**, I've seen *nr*=48 (somewhere in the Win95 32\<-\>16 **OLE** coupling) \[ok\].

## RETURNS

Thunked function result.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use **[GetProcAddress(3w)](/GetProcAddress/3w.md)** to obtain a pointer to the function.

Implemented in **"dlls/kernel32/thunk.c"**.

Debug channel **"thunk"**.
