The character after the first ampersand in *lpszStr*, or the first character in *lpszStr* if there is no ampersand in the string.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/shlwapi/string.c"**.
