## DESCRIPTION

Retrieve, modify, and re-set a value from a window.

## PARAMS

hWnd **\[In\]**  Window to get value from.

*offset* **\[In\]**  Offset of value.

*mask* **\[In\]**  Mask for *flags*.

*flags* **\[In\]**  Bits to set in window value.

## RETURNS

The new value as it was set, or **0** if any parameter is invalid.

## NOTES

Only bits specified in *mask* are affected **-** set if present in *flags* and reset otherwise.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use **[GetProcAddress(3w)](/GetProcAddress/3w.md)** to obtain a pointer to the function.
