Set a key value in an **INI** file. See WritePrivateProfileString for more information.

## PARAMS

*appName* **\[In\]**  The section in the **INI** file that contains the key.

*keyName* **\[In\]**  The key to be set.

*str* **\[Out\]**  The value of the key.

*filename* **\[In\]**  The location of the **INI** file.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**
