## DESCRIPTION

Create or open an explorer ClassId Key.

## PARAMS

*guid* **\[In\]**  Explorer ClassId key to open.

*lpszValue* **\[In\]**  Value name under the ClassId Key.

*bUseHKCU* **\[In\]**  **TRUE**=Use **HKEY\_CURRENT\_USER**, **FALSE**=Use **HKEY\_CLASSES\_ROOT**.

*bCreate* **\[In\]**  **TRUE**=Create the key if it doesn't exist, **FALSE**=Don't.

*phKey* **\[Out\]**  Destination for the resulting key handle.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**. *phKey* contains the resulting registry handle.

**Failure:** An **HRESULT** error code indicating the problem.

## IMPLEMENTATION
