Retrieve a policy value from the registry.

*lpSubKey* **\[In\]**  registry key name.

*lpSubName* **\[In\]**  subname of registry key.

*lpValue* **\[In\]**  value name of registry value.

## RETURNS

the value associated with the registry key or **0** if not found
