## DESCRIPTION

Converts an Ascii character to uppercase.

## PARAMS

*ch* **\[In\]**  Character to convert.

## RETURNS

The uppercase character value.

## NOTES

For the input characters from **'a'** **..** **'z'** it returns **'A'** **..** **'Z'**. All other input characters are returned unchanged. The locale and multibyte characters are not taken into account (as native **DLL**).
