## DESCRIPTION

Divide one **64** bit unsigned integer by another, with remainder.

## PARAMS

*a* **\[In\]**  Initial number.

*b* **\[In\]**  Number to divide *a* by.

*rem* **\[Out\]**  Destination for remainder.

## RETURNS

The dividend of *a* and *b*. If *rem* is non-NULL it is set to the remainder.

## FIXME

Should it be signed division instead?
