DESCRIPTION
Divide one 64 bit unsigned integer by another, with remainder.
PARAMS
a [In] Initial number.
b [In] Number to divide a by.
rem [Out] Destination for remainder.
RETURNS
The dividend of a and b. If rem is non-NULL it is set to the remainder.
FIXME
Should it be signed division instead?
