## DESCRIPTION

Attempt to guess whether a text buffer is Unicode.

## PARAMS

*buf* **\[In\]**  Text buffer to test.

*len* **\[In\]**  Length of *buf*.

*pf* **\[Out\]**  Destination for test results.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** if the buffer is likely Unicode, **FALSE** otherwise.

## FIXME

Should implement more tests.
