## DESCRIPTION

Convert the given ipv4 address to a string.

## PARAMS

*pin* **\[In\]**  **PTR** to the ip address to convert (network byte order).

*buffer* **\[Out\]**  destination *buffer* for the result (at least **16** character).

## RETURNS

**PTR** to the **0** character at the end of the converted string

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/ntdll/rtl.c"**.
