DESCRIPTION
Convert the given ipv4 address to a string.
PARAMS
pin [In] PTR to the ip address to convert (network byte order).
buffer [Out] destination buffer for the result (at least 16 character).
RETURNS
PTR to the 0 character at the end of the converted string
IMPLEMENTATION
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
Implemented in "dlls/ntdll/rtl.c".
