## PARAMS

*heap* **\[In\]**  Heap that block was allocated from.

*flags* **\[In\]**  **HEAP\_** *flags* from **"winnt.h"**.

*ptr* **\[In\]**  Block to free.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**, if pointer is **NULL** or was freed successfully.

**Failure:** **FALSE**.
