## DESCRIPTION

Formats a message (similar to sprintf).

## PARAMS

*Message* **\[In\]**  *Message* to format.

*MaxWidth* **\[In\]**  Maximum width in characters of each output line.

*IgnoreInserts* **\[In\]**  Whether to copy the message without processing inserts.

*Ansi* **\[In\]**  Whether *Arguments* may have **ANSI** strings.

ArgumentsIsArray **\[In\]**  Whether *Arguments* is actually an array rather than a va\_list \*.

*Buffer* **\[Out\]**  *Buffer* to store processed message in.

*BufferSize* **\[In\]**  Size of *Buffer* (in bytes?).

**NTSTATUS** code.
