Find the next run of set bits in a bitmap.

## PARAMS

*lpBits* **\[In\]**  Bitmap pointer.

*ulStart* **\[In\]**  Bit position to start searching from.

*lpPos* **\[Out\]**  Start of run.

## RETURNS

**Success:** The length of the next set run in the bitmap. *lpPos* is set to the start of the run.

**Failure:** **0**, if no run is found or any parameters are invalid.
