## SYNOPSIS

BOOLEAN RtlEqualString\

   BOOLEAN       *CaseInsensitive*\
  )

## DESCRIPTION

Determine if two strings are equal.

## PARAMS

*s1* **\[In\]**  Source string.

*s2* **\[In\]**  String to compare to *s1*.

*CaseInsensitive* **\[In\]**  **TRUE** = Case insensitive, **FALSE** = Case sensitive.

## RETURNS

Non-zero if *s1* is equal to *s2*, **0** otherwise.
