Copy an array of local unique IDs and attributes.

## PARAMS

*Count* **\[In\]**  Number of Luid/attributes in *Src*.

*Src* **\[In\]**  Source Luid/attributes to copy.

*Dest* **\[Out\]**  Destination for copied Luid/attributes.

## RETURNS

Nothing.

## NOTES

*Dest* must be large enough to hold *Src*.
