## DESCRIPTION

Registers an **OCX**.

## PARAMS

*hWnd* **\[In\]**  Handle to the window used for the display.

*hInst* **\[In\]**  Instance of the process.

*cmdline* **\[In\]**  Contains parameters in the order **OCX**,flags,param.

*show* **\[In\]**  How the window should be shown.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**.

**Failure:** **E\_FAIL**.

## NOTES

**OCX** **-** Filename of the **OCX** to register. flags **-** Controls the operation of RegisterOCX. **'I'** Call DllRegisterServer and DllInstall. **'N'** Only call DllInstall. param **-** Command line passed to DllInstall.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/advpack/advpack.c"**.
