## NAME

Regex::quickMatch - Test whether a string matches the pattern

## SYNOPSIS

**Bool quickMatch(** *String patt, String str, \[REFlags\] fl=createArray(1)* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**patt** A regular expression in String form

**str** The string to be matched

**fl** A list of **Regex.REFlags (3kaya)** options for the regular expression. This parameter is optional and defaults to the empty list.

## DESCRIPTION

Test whether **str**  matches **patt**  , returning true if it does and false otherwise.
