Get a copy of the security descriptor for a given registry key.

*SecurityInformation* **\[In\]**  Descriptor contents.

*pSecurityDescriptor* **\[Out\]**  Address of descriptor for key.

*lpcbSecurityDescriptor* **\[In/Out\]**  Address of size of buffer and description.
