Generate a random byte stream.

## PARAMS

*hProv* **\[In\]**  Key container that is used to generate random bytes.

*dwLen* **\[In\]**  Specifies the number of requested random data bytes.

*pbBuffer* **\[Out\]**  Random bytes will be stored here.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/rsaenh/rsaenh.c"**.
