DESCRIPTION
Generate a random byte stream.
PARAMS
hProv [In] Key container that is used to generate random bytes.
dwLen [In] Specifies the number of requested random data bytes.
pbBuffer [Out] Random bytes will be stored here.
RETURNS
Success: TRUE
Failure: FALSE
IMPLEMENTATION
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
Implemented in "dlls/rsaenh/rsaenh.c".
