Releases the handle to a hash object. The object is destroyed if its reference count reaches zero.

## PARAMS

*hProv* **\[In\]**  Handle to the key container to which the hash object belongs.

*hHash* **\[In\]**  Handle to the hash object to be released.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/rsaenh/rsaenh.c"**.
