RDLP_PluggedIn(PConnection *pconn);

DESCRIPTION

Presumably, RDLP_PluggedIn tests whether the Palm is plugged into a cradle. Of course, if you're calling this over a serial or USB connection, then it is trivially true.

RETURN VALUE

Presumably returns a non-zero value if the Palm is plugged into a cradle, and 0 if it isn't.
