Gets the *path* to a registered type library.

## PARAMS

*guid* **\[In\]**  referenced *guid*.

*wMaj* **\[In\]**  major version.

*wMin* **\[In\]**  minor version.

*lcid* **\[In\]**  locale id.

*path* **\[Out\]**  *path* of typelib.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**.

**Failure:** If the type library is not registered then **TYPE\_E\_LIBNOTREGISTERED** or **TYPE\_E\_REGISTRYACCESS** if the type library registration key couldn't be opened.
