Tests whether the specified point is inside a region.

## PARAMS

*hrgn* **\[In\]**  Region to test.

*x* **\[In\]**  X-coordinate of point to test.

*y* **\[In\]**  Y-coordinate of point to test.

## RETURNS

Non-zero if the point is inside the region or zero otherwise.
