Return the portion of a path following the drive letter or mount point.

## PARAMS

*lpszPath* **\[In\]**  The path to skip on.

## RETURNS

**Success:** A pointer to the next character after the root.

**Failure:** **NULL**, if *lpszPath* is invalid, has no root or is a multibyte string.
