Determine if a path or file attributes are a system folder.

## PARAMS

*lpszPath* **\[In\]**  Path to check.

*dwAttrib* **\[In\]**  Attributes to check, if *lpszPath* is **NULL**.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** If *lpszPath* or *dwAttrib* are a system folder. **FALSE** If **[GetFileAttributesA(3w)](/GetFileAttributesA/3w.md)** fails or neither parameter is a system folder.
