## DESCRIPTION

Create a path from a **URL**.

## PARAMS

lpszUrl **\[In\]**  Url to convert into a path.

lpszPath **\[Out\]**  Output buffer for the resulting Path.

*pcchPath* **\[In\]**  Length of lpszPath.

dwFlags **\[In\]**  Flags controlling the conversion.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**. lpszPath contains the Url in path format,

**Failure:** An **HRESULT** error code such as **E\_INVALIDARG**.
