Parse::char - Parse a specific character.

## SYNOPSIS

**Char char(** *Char c, var ParseState st* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**c** The character to parse

**st** The current parsing state

## DESCRIPTION

This function parses for a specified character, returning it if it is found, and throwing an Exception otherwise.
