Set the type of fitness algorithm to use.

## NAME

PGASetFitnessType - Set the type of fitness algorithm to use.

## DESCRIPTION

Valid choices are PGA\_FITNESS\_RAW, PGA\_FITNESS\_NORMAL, or PGA\_FITNESS\_RANKING for raw fitness (the evaluation function value), linear normalization, or linear ranking, respectively.  The default is PGA\_FITNESS\_RAW.

## INPUT PARAMETERS

- ctx

  \- context variable

- fitness\_type

  \- symbolic constant to specify fitness type
