Perl data type class for the XML Schema defined simpleType encodingStyle from the namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/.

'encodingStyle' indicates any canonicalization conventions followed in the contents of the containing element. For example, the value 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/' indicates the pattern described in SOAP specification

This clase is derived from\
     SOAP::WSDL::XSD::Typelib::Builtin::anyURI .

You may pass the following structure to **new()**:
