Set the system time.

## PARAMS

*NewTime* **\[In\]**  The time to set.

*OldTime* **\[Out\]**  Optional destination for the previous system time.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **STATUS\_SUCCESS**.

**Failure:** An **NTSTATUS** error code indicating the problem.
